A full inspection of the exterior and grading around the home will also be completed.

Appliances such as washer machines, dryers, saunas, hot tubs, and pools are not included in an inspection.
⇒ Is there a report given after the inspection?
Yes, a full inspection report will be completed after the walk through and the cost of the inspection is paid. The detailed report will include pictures, recommendations and report everything that was inspected.
